Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unread condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — unless the issue was on our end, in which case we cover it.
Books returned in read, marked, or damaged condition are not eligible for a refund. We are under no obligation to return the item.

Merch items — apparel, accessories, and other made-to-order (print-on-demand) products — are printed individually just for you. For that reason, all merch sales are final: no returns or refunds, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If a merch item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. With valid proof, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. We can't accept returns or refunds for the wrong size or color ordered, buyer's remorse, or items without photo proof of a defect.
Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
