We ship from our distribution partners. Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you so you know exactly where your book is. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days anywhere in the continental U.S., depending on your location and the service selected.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. The cart shows your total before payment.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Books: shipping is calculated per order at checkout. Orders of $50 or more in books ship free (up to 6 books per order). Larger orders ship at the regular calculated rate.
Bundles: each bundle ships at its own flat rate, shown on the bundle page. Bundle shipping is charged per bundle and does not count toward — and is not covered by — the free-shipping offer.
Merch: merchandise ships separately from our merch partner and is calculated at checkout based on the merch in your order. Merch does not count toward the book free-shipping offer.
The free-shipping offer cannot be combined with promo codes — when you apply a code, regular shipping rates apply and you keep the code's discount instead.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment. Print-on-demand titles may require additional production time before shipping — we'll always let you know. You'll receive a UPS or USPS tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. During high-volume periods it may take up to 7 business days to process — we'll always communicate any delays.
Pre-orders
Some titles or formats may be available for pre-order before they ship. Pre-order items are charged at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation right away; the item ships as soon as inventory arrives or the release date is reached, whichever comes first.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and can shift. If a pre-order is delayed materially, we'll email you with an update and an option to cancel for a refund.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship in two parts: in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days, and pre-order items ship when they're ready. You'll receive a separate UPS or USPS tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number can be used to follow your package. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 3 business days after the label was created, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Delivery & Liability
All orders are shipped with tracking information provided when available.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Eshom Cabin Press is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information.
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier's tracking system, delivery is considered complete. Carrier tracking records are deemed authoritative for determining delivery status. Eshom Cabin Press is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing after the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered.
Customers who believe a delivered package has been stolen should contact the carrier directly and, if applicable, file a report with local law enforcement.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation — typically much faster. Each file is personalized to you. Please do not share or redistribute it.
eBook — delivered in EPUB format, compatible with Apple Books, Kobo, Adobe Digital Editions, and most e-readers. Your file is watermarked with your purchase information.
Audiobook — delivered as a full MP3 and a ZIP of individual chapter files. Compatible with Apple Music, VLC, and any standard audio player. Chapter files include cover art and are tagged for correct ordering.
International Orders
We currently ship physical books within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S., our eBook and Audiobook editions are available instantly worldwide at no shipping cost. International physical shipping may be added in the future — contact us if you're interested.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out and we'll sort out a replacement, reprint, or refund. If a shipment is clearly lost in transit — tracking stalls and the package is never marked delivered — contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. For packages the carrier has marked delivered, the Delivery & Liability terms above apply.
