Shipping Policy
We sell to US addresses only. Physical orders ship within the USA by UPS or USPS, with tracking included.
How We Ship
Books on our shelf are packed by hand in Oklahoma and shipped USPS or UPS with tracking. When a title is out of stock, our print partner prints your copy to order and ships it straight to you, also with tracking. Signed copies always come from our shelf.
Every book page shows whether a format is in stock or printed to order, and checkout shows the delivery estimate for your order before you pay. Every order gets a tracking number by email.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Books: shipping is priced at checkout from your address, using the carrier’s live rate for your books’ weight and package size. You’ll see each shipping choice and its price before you pay.
Choices: USPS Ground Advantage is always available. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are offered when every book in your order is on our shelf.
Free shipping: orders of $75 or more in books ship free with USPS Ground Advantage (up to 6 books per order). Faster choices are charged at their regular price.
Bundles: each bundle ships at its own flat rate, shown on the bundle page. Bundle shipping is charged per bundle and does not count toward — and is not covered by — the free-shipping offer.
Merch: merchandise ships separately from our merch partner and is calculated at checkout based on the merch in your order. Merch does not count toward the book free-shipping offer.
The free-shipping offer cannot be combined with promo codes — when you apply a code, regular shipping rates apply and you keep the code's discount instead.
Processing Time
Books on our shelf are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment. Printed-to-order books take longer: allow about 7–14 business days for delivery. When your order includes books from our shelf, checkout offers Rush packing: we pack your shelf copies first, ahead of regular orders. It doesn't speed up the carrier or books printed to order. You'll receive a UPS or USPS tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. During high-volume periods packing may take up to 7 business days — we'll always communicate any delays.
Pre-orders
Some titles or formats may be available for pre-order before they ship. Pre-order items are charged at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation right away; the item ships as soon as inventory arrives or the release date is reached, whichever comes first.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and can shift. If a pre-order is delayed materially, we'll email you with an update and an option to cancel for a refund.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship in two parts: in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days, and pre-order items ship when they're ready. You'll receive a separate UPS or USPS tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number can be used to follow your package. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 3 business days after the label was created, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Delivery & Liability
All orders are shipped with tracking information provided when available.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Eshom Cabin Press is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information.
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier's tracking system, delivery is considered complete. Carrier tracking records are deemed authoritative for determining delivery status. Eshom Cabin Press is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing after the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered.
Customers who believe a delivered package has been stolen should contact the carrier directly and, if applicable, file a report with local law enforcement.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly: your download link is emailed right after payment (for a pre-order, on release day). Each file is personalized to you. Please do not share or redistribute it. If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.
eBook — delivered in EPUB format, compatible with Apple Books, Kobo, Adobe Digital Editions, and most e-readers. Your file is watermarked with your purchase information.
Audiobook — delivered as a full MP3 and a ZIP of individual chapter files. Compatible with Apple Music, VLC, and any standard audio player. Chapter files include cover art and are tagged for correct ordering.
US Orders Only
We sell to customers in the United States only, and that includes eBooks and audiobooks. Physical orders ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC, and every order needs a US address at checkout. We can't take orders from outside the US right now.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out and we'll sort out a replacement, reprint, or refund. If a shipment is clearly lost in transit — tracking stalls and the package is never marked delivered — contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. For packages the carrier has marked delivered, the Delivery & Liability terms above apply.
