Who We Are
Eshom Cabin Press is an independent publisher based in Oklahoma, USA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the full amount at checkout, including any applicable shipping and sales tax.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes apply to regular prices. When an item is already on sale, you receive whichever discount is greater — the sale price or the code — not both. One code per order.
Codes cannot be combined with each other or with the free-shipping offer (codes that themselves grant free shipping excepted). Bundles ship at their own flat rate per bundle, which is not waived by free-shipping promotions.
Codes have no cash value, may exclude certain items or bundles, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Pre-orders
Some titles or formats may be offered as pre-orders before they are physically in stock or digitally released. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation immediately; shipment or download follows once the item is available.
Pre-order timelines are good-faith estimates and can shift. If a pre-order is materially delayed, we will email you with an update and an option to cancel for a full refund.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship in two parts: in-stock items ship right away, and pre-order items ship when they are ready. You will receive a separate shipment notification for each.
Digital Products
When you purchase an eBook, audiobook, or other digital product from Eshom Cabin Press, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to read or listen to that work. You are not purchasing ownership of the file.
Digital products may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, or shared in any form outside your own personal use. The work remains the intellectual property of the author and Eshom Cabin Press.
All digital sales are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on eBooks or audiobooks except in the event of a technical failure on our end that prevents delivery.
Physical Books
Physical books are subject to our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, incorporated here by reference. Estimated delivery windows are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. Once the carrier's tracking marks a shipment Delivered, delivery is considered complete and the carrier's records are authoritative — we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after that point. Books, Authors & Published Works
The books we publish reflect the views, voice, and lived experience of their authors — not those of Eshom Cabin Press. Opinions, statements, characterizations, and accounts in any title are the author's own. We publish a range of authors and perspectives, and publishing a work does not mean the press endorses, verifies, or adopts everything written in it.
Each author is responsible for the content of their work. By publishing with us, authors represent and warrant that the work is their own original creation (or that they hold all rights needed to publish it); that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right; that it is not defamatory and does not unlawfully invade anyone's privacy; that statements presented as fact are accurate to the best of the author's knowledge; and that any use of artificial-intelligence tools has been disclosed to us as required by our author agreement. Responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and legality of a work rests with its author.
Nonfiction and memoir reflect the author's own perspective, memory, and interpretation of events. People may remember or describe the same events differently. Where a work concerns real people, places, or events, it represents the author's account and recollection — not a statement of fact by the press.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eshom Cabin Press is not responsible or liable for the content of an author's work, including any claim arising from the statements, facts, opinions, or material in a published title. If you believe a work infringes your rights or contains unlawful material, please contact us with specifics — for copyright concerns, include enough detail to identify the work and your rights — and we will review it promptly.
Reviews & User Content
When you submit a review, you grant Eshom Cabin Press a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and edit it on our website and in related marketing. The name you provide is shown publicly with your review; your email address is never published.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or not your own. All reviews are moderated, and we may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, book covers, and design — is the property of Eshom Cabin Press or its respective authors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Eshom Cabin Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
As described in Books, Authors & Published Works above, responsibility for the content of an author's work rests with that author, and — to the fullest extent permitted by law — the press is not liable for claims arising from that content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wagoner County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
