All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the full amount at checkout, including any applicable shipping and sales tax.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Some titles or formats may be offered as pre-orders before they are physically in stock or digitally released. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation immediately; shipment or download follows once the item is available.
Pre-order timelines are good-faith estimates and can shift. If a pre-order is materially delayed, we will email you with an update and an option to cancel for a full refund.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship in two parts: in-stock items ship right away, and pre-order items ship when they are ready. You will receive a separate shipment notification for each.
When you purchase an eBook, audiobook, or other digital product from Eshom Cabin Press, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to read or listen to that work. You are not purchasing ownership of the file.
Digital products may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, or shared in any form outside your own personal use. The work remains the intellectual property of the author and Eshom Cabin Press.
All digital sales are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on eBooks or audiobooks except in the event of a technical failure on our end that prevents delivery.
Physical books are subject to our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, incorporated here by reference. Estimated delivery windows are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
